Emergency Appointments

If you are ever experiencing any pain or discomfort related to your treatment, please contact our office immediately. One of our team members will assess your situation and, if needed, schedule your appointment. We try to ensure that you will be seen as soon as possible based on your needs. After business hours and during the weekends we can be reached at our emergency number at 805-592-9844. It is of the upmost importance to us that our patients are comfortable during their care.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy states that there will be a $45.00 charge for missed appointments or appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Each patient is allowed two missed or late-cancelled appointments prior to being charged the $45 fee. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents will be considered. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without providing enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
